Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Service Coordinator in Buffalo, NY to act as the operational hub for the Tech Service Department. You will open and manage Service Repair Orders (SROs) in Syteline, coordinate technician travel, and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.

The role reports to the Technical Service Manager and collaborates with Installation Coordinators and field technicians. Candidates should have associate degree and strong ERP/CRM experience, with robust office administration

Qualifications

• Associate Degree.
• 1+ years of customer service, inside sales, or order-processing experience.
• 1+ years of experience with an ERP or CRM system.
• 5+ years of office or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Log every request as a Service Repair Order in Syteline.
• Coordinate technician travel and scheduling during peak times.
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure closure.
• Open and manage SROs from intake to close-out and billing.
• Support service revenue growth and department processes.
