Qualifications

• Must complete Collision University Training within 6 months.
• Experience with parts ordering and inventory management.
• Ability to communicate with technicians, estimators, vendors, customers.

Responsibilities

• Check-in all received parts and match to Repair Order.
• Process returns and manage credits for damaged parts.
• Maintain a 5S organized delivery area and up-to-date parts list.
• Post invoices/credits the same day when possible.
• Assist estimators with ordering needed parts and ensure availability on first pass.
