Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; Life Sciences preferred.
• 6–8 years of relevant post-college professional experience.
• Experience designing experiments, executing bench work, and interpreting results.
• Ability to work independently and determine methods for new tasks.
• Proficiency with technical reports, protocols, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design experimental plans to support project objectives and strategies.
• Execute bench experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.
• Prepare technical reports, protocols, and quantitative analyses.
• Maintain lab records and electronic files with accuracy.
• Develop methods and evaluation criteria for results.
• Lead cross-functional teams and present findings to project teams.
• Train team members and support lab operations.
• Ensure GMP/GLP and Design Control compliance in daily work.
