Job summary

BEPC Inc. is seeking a Senior Research Associate to join our client site in Tucson, AZ, on a W2 contract for approximately 12 months with possible extensions.

The role involves designing experimental plans, conducting bench experiments, analyzing data, and preparing technical reports to support project objectives within Personalized Healthcare Solutions. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, with pay rate $35.00-$38.00 per hour, onsite work, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant post-college experience.
• A master’s degree is acceptable with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Design experimental plans to support project objectives.
• Execute bench experiments, make detailed and general observations, and analyze data.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses.
• Maintain complete and accurate records.
• Independently develop methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Identify and implement improvements to work processes and the laboratory environment.
• Apply expertise across a wide range of techniques.
• Recognize and document activities with publication or patent potential.
• Train others in areas of expertise.
• Supervise lower-level personnel and laboratory operations, as applicable.
