Job summary

BEPC Inc. is actively seeking a Research Associate III – PHCS for a Tucson, AZ site. The role focuses on Personalized Healthcare Solutions research and development, supporting diagnostic projects.

This laboratory-based position requires independent design and execution of experiments, data analysis, and timely communication of findings to project teams. We expect a strong Life Sciences background with 4–6 years post-college experience and skills across a broad range of laboratory techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on laboratory experience required.
• Ability to design and execute experimental protocols.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting complex data.
• Proficiency in technical reporting and documentation.
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP and Design Control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct R&D and manufacturing laboratory experiments supporting project objectives.
• Design and execute diverse experimental protocols.
• Perform bench experiments and analyze data with detailed observations.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses.
• Present results to cross-functional project teams.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
