Job summary

The PM will manage approximately $5M in completed annual work, contribute to $25M annually at a blended 30% gross margin, and decide what is performed internally versus subcontracted. This on-site role coordinates with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, construction, manufacturing, or installation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction, fabrication, and installation workflows.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Innergy, and Raydeo project systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and workflows.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings and align teams on cost, schedule, and execution strategy.
• Build and manage work orders, workflows, and critical milestone schedules.
• Monitor progress daily and perform weekly project reviews with management.
• Act as guardian of the project budget and track costs in Innergy.
• Coordinate billing, forecasting, and closeout documentation.
• Ensure estimates, contracts, and scopes align and remain compliant.
