Job summary

Rinnai America Corporation in Peachtree City, GA is seeking a Sr. Project Leader to drive cross-functional initiatives from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will manage scope, schedule, risks, and reporting to executives and PMO, partnering with sponsors and stakeholders across functions to achieve measurable business outcomes. The role requires a engineering degree, 5+ years of project leadership, and experience in manufacturing with knowledge of agile or hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum five years professional experience, incl. at least three years of direct PM or leadership.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects across departments.
• Working knowledge of PM principles: scope, schedule, cost, risk, change, resource, stakeholder, communication.
• Understanding of agile, waterfall, stage-gate, or hybrid project delivery.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Experience in product development, operations, IT, or business improvement projects

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Clarify objectives, scope, deliverables with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource needs.
• Coordinate activities and deliverables across functions.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track actions.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget, and performance.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Prepare accurate status reports for sponsors, stakeholders, and PMO.
