Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join our Kansas City team. You will coordinate projects from award to completion, support internal and client meetings, manage documentation, and oversee materials and inventory tracking. This role works closely with project managers and clients to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, meticulous task management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced onsite environment. Onsite schedule: M-F 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher with 2+ years in customer service or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 1 year related experience in customer service or business-related field.
• Professional Project Management qualification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from award to completion with planned timelines.
• Attend and document internal and client meetings and generate project documentation.
• Monitor client-supplied materials and inventory for timely delivery.
• Provide forecasts to PM team to support Sales & Operations Planning.
• Manage invoicing, IDRs, destruction processes, and dispute resolution.
