Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Kansas City, MO is hiring a Commercial Project Manager, Pharmaceuticals to be the primary customer contact and liaison for site products and services. You will manage the sales order process from receipt to dispatch and billing, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer service, sales or project management, ERP experience, and strong MS Office skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales or project management.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must be computer literate with past experience using ERP systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned accounts, managing all communications, schedules, issues, and proactive updates while processing sales orders and providing firm commitment dates.
• Proactively manage the customer forecasting cycle, counseling accounts on expectations, handling escalations, and providing updates on product shipments and third‑party orders.
• Monitor and report on customer forecast accuracy, On-Time Delivery (OTD), and other KPIs; forecast monthly/quarterly revenue for Finance; and ensure accurate billing and revenue reconciliation.
• Track on Time Delivery (OTD) and KPIs for customers and provide feedback to management.
• Provide periodic reporting to Supply Chain management and forecast revenue to Finance.
• Other duties as assigned.
