Job summary

Leidos in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple GSM-O II contract projects with DISA, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery within Agile frameworks.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with senior leaders, monitor risks, drive process improvements, and ensure program artifacts and contractual deliverables (CDRLs) meet standards.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting project management in a technical or IT environment.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate project vision, strategy, and goals across cross-functional teams.
• Define and oversee project team roles, responsibilities, and authorities.
• Direct project communications and executive reporting for senior leadership.
• Champion Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
• Lead Product Owner Synchronization meetings for strategic alignment.
• Monitor risks, actions, and issues with timely escalation and communication.
• Identify and resolve complex project-related challenges with strong problem-solving.
• Drive process improvements to optimize execution and impact.
• Oversee artifacts, documentation, and deliverables to meet contractual and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules with dependencies and mitigations.
• Lead budget management, financial tracking, and resource allocation.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
