Job summary

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roadmap development, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross‑team alignment.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and provide operational support for Tier 1–2 troubleshooting and delivery.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and continuity with established procedures and audit readiness.
