Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Master's in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field preferred.
• Five years or more experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Five years or more managing, leading and developing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with the customer to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation.
• Identify and solve issues with the account using continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
• Hire, supervise, develop and manage performance for employees.
• Maintain open communications within the work groups and with other teams.
• May manage profit and loss statements based on scope.
• Lead a proactive safety program aligned with policy and training.
