Qualifications

• Five or more years in supply chain, logistics, or warehousing.
• Five or more years managing, leading and developing direct reports.
• Three years of profit & loss responsibility preferred.
• One year or more customer interaction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with the customer to resolve issues and sustain satisfaction.
• Strategic planning and execution for the operation.
• Drive continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives to boost productivity.
• Hire, supervise, develop, and manage performance of employees.
• Maintain open communications within and across teams.
• May manage profit and loss statements based on scope.
• Lead a proactive safety program and ensure equipment maintenance.
