Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
• 2+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 1+ year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
• Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling.
• Health and Safety Management; compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Off shift support in case of critical customer network disruption or crisis.
• Make decisions in a timely manner.
