Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Life Science Engineer, Lead, to provide senior technical leadership onsite. The role carries a full service caseload and technical authority for the site, acting as an escalation point for diagnostics and repairs.

You will lead a team of engineers, oversee calibration and maintenance, and ensure compliance with GxP and safety requirements. Travel 10–20% to satellite locations and OEM trainings is expected; strong communication and documentation skills are essential

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical diploma in electronics, instrumentation or biomedical equipment technology.
Experience diagnosing faults beyond manuals and serving as a technical reference on complex issues.
Experience in client facilities as embedded service provider preferred; familiarity with GxP and data integrity.

Responsibilities

Perform calibration, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics and repair across site assets.
Lead technical work, allocate tasks, coach staff, and ensure platform coverage.
Maintain accurate technical records, manage vendor interactions and approve return-to-service decisions.
