Job summary
Advisor360° is the Autonomous Financial Platform for advisors, providing a unified data fabric and a wealth operating system. This role is based at our Needham, MA headquarters and requires five days per week onsite.
You will deliver proactive technical support to internal users, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and help maintain a productive work environment. As a Senior IT Specialist, you will install and configure software, manage user accounts, and document solutions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT support experience.
- Experience with Windows, macOS and Linux.
- Onboarding new hires and IT orientations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack administration.
- Experience with software deployment tools (Intune).
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve user issues via ticketing, chat, Slack, and phone.
- Install and configure software, hardware, and peripherals.
- Assist in managing user accounts and access control.
- Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base.
- Conduct basic IT training sessions for users.
- Collaborate with team to address complex issues.
