Advisor360° is the Autonomous Financial Platform for advisors, providing a unified data fabric and a wealth operating system. This role is based at our Needham, MA headquarters and requires five days per week onsite.

You will deliver proactive technical support to internal users, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and help maintain a productive work environment. As a Senior IT Specialist, you will install and configure software, manage user accounts, and document solutions.

This role requires five days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.

As an Senior IT Specialist, you will provide a high level of proactive technical support to internal end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

• Respond to and resolve user-reported technical issues via ticketing system, chat, Slack, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Install and configure software, hardware, and peripheral devices.
• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
• Conduct basic training sessions for users on IT tools and best practices.
• Assist others in the team to address issues.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A team player with 7+ years of IT support experience, ideally in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and provide appropriate support to less experienced members of the team.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic networking concepts.
• Support new hire onboarding and IT orientations.
• Ideally Google Workspace and Slack administration experience.
• Experience with software deployment solutions such as JAMSCCM, and Intune.
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication.
• A strong “can do” attitude to complement problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Great troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Certificate) are a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $105,000–$120,000 + bonus & equity.

Advisor360° provides an estimate of the compensation for roles that may be hired as required by state regulations. Compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, individual candidate experience, skills, and qualifications.
