Ultimate Staffing Services seeks a Project Industrial Engineer to lead layout planning, capacity management, and continuous improvement initiatives in Fort Worth. This 100% onsite, full-time role partners with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and drive data-driven decisions.

The candidate will manage production layouts, capacity models, and project execution for new product introductions and facility expansions, applying Lean, analytics, and optimization techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience in capacity planning and layout design.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Experience with manufacturing planning systems and Anaplan is a plus.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production layout planning, capacity management, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Develop and optimize production line and facility layouts to improve material flow, space utilization, and productivity.
• Support plant expansion and greenfield construction projects with milestone tracking and readiness assessments.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and other stakeholders for layout changes.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, data analytics, and problem-solving methodologies.
