Job summary

Tekshapers is seeking a senior Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to lead process development and continuous improvement in high-volume assembly environments.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Industrial/Manufacturing/Process Engineering, hands-on experience with automated systems, and a track record of Lean initiatives, VSM, PFMEA, and line balancing. You will drive standard work, time studies, capacity planning, and workforce optimization to improve throughput and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or related manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting high-volume assembly operations and automated manufacturing systems.
• Proven experience in manufacturing process development, industrialization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
