Job summary

MODULE X SOLUTIONS is hiring a Senior Lean Engineer to lead strategy execution across Operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, production engineering, safety, and quality. You will drive value stream mapping, line balancing, visual management, and throughput improvements on the factory floor.

The role requires deep experience with lean tools, floor-embedded improvements, and strong leadership to scale capacity and workforce while preserving safety and culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10-15 years in manufacturing operations.
• Experience with heavy industrial or large format assembly environments.
• Proven track record embedding lean tools and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy execution for Operations including manufacturing, supply chain, safety and quality.
• Lead value stream mapping, line balancing, and visual factory management.
• Deploy lean principles and drive continuous improvement on the floor.
• Facilitate lean workshops and build trust across teams.
• Mentor and develop plant staff while scaling operations and capacity.
• Collaborate with leadership on long-term growth and floor discipline.
