Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Roseville, CA is seeking a Sr. Hardware Design Engineer to join our R&D team.

You will design electrical hardware subsystems, validate designs, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high‑quality solutions. The role is hybrid with an onsite emphasis at the Roseville office; you will participate in feasibility studies, testing, and design verification throughout the hardware development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in electrical hardware engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design tools and analyses.
• Ability to conduct feasibility studies and reliability testing.

Responsibilities

• Design portions of electrical hardware subsystems, integrated circuitry, and algorithms.
• Develop test plans and validate tolerances, form/fit/function, EMI, safety and thermal performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on hardware development.
• Contribute to architecture evaluations and prototype fabrication support.
