Job summary

CRG is seeking an IT Executive Support Specialist to provide highly technical and immediate assistance to senior level executives and traveling partners. This role is onsite across multiple corporate campuses in Hyattsville, MD for a 1-year contract with $35+ per hour pay.

You will liaise with vendors, IT teams and executive stakeholders, analyze IT trends, and prepare reports for IT leadership. Will travel to locations to support executives and board members as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, technical field or business-related field; equivalent trainings/certifications/experience equivalency will be considered.
• 3+ years of relevant technology experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to communicate across the organization.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and drive issues, tasks, and deliverables from concept to closure.
• Ability to take on mid to large projects from start to finish and work independently.
• Highly collaborative with proven experience partnering & influencing.

Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot and analyze complex business IT problems for Senior Executives across brands/entities.
• Coordinate, conduct, and lead meetings to drive IT solutions for executive-related issues.
• Liaise with vendor partners, business users, IT programmers and IT Service owners for meetings, new tech and enhancements.
• Provide immediate onsite support for offsite meetings and sponsored events.
• Coordinate with IT staff to identify new systems or enhancements to improve IT operations.
• Perform data analysis on trends in specific platforms for process improvement.
• Complete reviews, trending analysis, develop action plans, and resolve chronic incidents.
• Communicate with IT colleagues to improve systems to meet executive data needs.
• Prepare reports or present findings to IT Leadership.
• Travel to multiple locations to support executives, including home visits for top executives.
