Job summary

Monks is seeking a highly organized Senior Project Manager to oversee rapid-turn editorial and marketing work. You will translate requests into clear tasks, timelines and handoffs while maintaining visibility across priorities, reviews and delivery.

This on-site role is based at our client’s office in Menlo Park, CA, 4–5 days per week. You will work autonomously, escalate blockers, QA assets, and drive efficient workflows using AI and production tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate incoming requests into clear tasks, owners, timelines, dependencies and next steps.
• Maintain project trackers, production schedules, status reports and delivery documentation.
• Traffic work across design, motion, editorial, technical and client teams.
• Prioritize requests based on urgency, complexity, available capacity and business need.
• Confirm that briefs, source materials, specifications and required approvals are in place before production begins.
