Job summary

G&E Partners seeks a Senior Electrical Superintendent to oversee onsite field operations on a major data center project. You will lead electrical trades, ensure safety, and drive schedule adherence while maintaining project documentation and close coordination with the client and team.

The role emphasizes leadership, accuracy, and strong communication, with clear opportunity for long-term career progression within a trusted contractor pipeline.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of construction experience in a Superintendent role.
• Strong electrical construction experience.
• Experience leading major components of work or projects valued at $30M+.
• Prev. data center or mission-critical project experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations and coordinate electrical trades.
• Ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Maintain understanding of contract documents, drawings and requirements.
• Develop and communicate field work plans and contingency measures.
• Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and report updates.
• Plan jobsite logistics, materials and workforce needs.
• Lead contractor meetings, daily huddles and pre-task planning.
• Act as on-site safety representative and ensure multi-trade compliance.
• Oversee quality-control plans and resolve issues before delivery.
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
• Support subcontractor buyout, T&M tracking and forecasting.
• Train and manage Field Engineers and Superintendents.
• Build strong relationships with clients, trades and project team.
