EPI Power, LLC is hiring a Senior Electrical Project Superintendent to lead data center field teams and drive safety, schedule, and budget on site. This role collaborates with the Project Manager to optimize performance and foster strong client, vendor, and subcontractor relationships.

The ideal candidate has an electrical background and 8+ years in superintendent roles, with data center exposure and willingness to relocate or travel as needed to support upcoming projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams on complex electrical/data center builds.
• Ability to read construction documents and interpret specs.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and budget oversight capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontractors and field forces on site with safety as a priority.
• Collaborate with PM to manage schedule and budget and prepare look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate subcontractor work, ensure timely paperwork, and maintain client relations.
