Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Specialist to protect our systems and networks. The role focuses on identifying vulnerabilities, implementing robust security measures, and responding to security incidents in a large, acquisition-driven organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong cyber security knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud environments (Azure/AWS), SIEM, and endpoint protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and education preferred.
• Two or more years of experience as a cyber security engineer, system administrator, or system/cloud engineer.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection software.

Responsibilities

• Assess, enhance, and design security architecture needs at scale in a complex environment.
• Plan and implement enterprise security solutions for hybrid environments.
• Review vulnerabilities and risks to the enterprise and propose remediation steps.
• Develop, track, and present cyber security metrics for assigned area.
• Respond to security breaches and incidents and support less tenured personnel.
