Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to monitor networks, respond to incidents, and strengthen defenses on-site at our Chandler, AZ location. You will work with IT and product teams to manage risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience, plus security certifications. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for effective incident response and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or 4+ years equivalent experience in related field.
• Entry level cyber security certification preferred (Security+, CEH, etc.).
• Experience with security tools and threat monitoring preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• On-site work in Chandler, AZ is expected.

Responsibilities

• Threat monitoring and analysis of network traffic, logs, and security alerts.
• Respond to and investigate cyber security incidents and breaches.
• Perform vulnerability identification and mitigation activities.
• Create and maintain security incident tickets and reports for audits.
• Operate and optimize security tools and related processes.
• Collaborate with IT and product teams to strengthen security.
