Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems and outages.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support all task orders issued by the Government.
• Coordinate contractors, on-site tradesmen, and ensure compliance with GSFC mandates.
• Communicate with system owners, building managers, occupants, and coordinate outages.
• Maintain control of task orders, subcontracts, budgets, and expenditures.
• Lead prebid job walks with bidders and coordinate subcontract scope.
• Participate in weekly performance meetings with upper management.
• Review and modify drawings; ensure electrical coordination with other trades.
