ASRC Federal is seeking a Senior Construction Project Management Specialist to support NASA missions at the Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland. The role requires leading task orders, coordinating on-site trades, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with GSFC mandates.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, outage procedures, and the ability to review drawings and lead prebid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in construction/project management.
• Experience with government/GSFC facilities and task orders.
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems and outages.
• Experience reviewing drawings and coordinating subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate task orders issued by the Government.
• Coordinate contractors and on-site tradesmen and ensure badges and procedures comply with GSFC mandates.
• Communicate with system owners, building managers, occupants and request outages.
• Maintain control of the task orders, subcontracts, budget and expenditures.
• Lead prebid job walks with potential bidders and work with procurement on subcontract scope.
• Participate in the weekly performance meetings with upper management.
