Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of security services at a client site. The role involves staffing, training, and coordinating on-site security personnel to meet contract standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, supervisory security experience, and the ability to pass necessary licensing and training. Strong communication and cost-control skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Able to operate radio/telephone equipment or console monitors.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance for contract quality and compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions and cost-reduction measures.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to staff.
