Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred (provided).
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain site-specific credentials.
• Clean driving record may be required for some sites.

Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate when needed.
• Perform access control at entrances and exits.
• Conduct patrols on client sites in various conditions.
• Interact with client employees and guests regularly.
• Identify safety issues and report hazards.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team to achieve site goals daily.
• Carry out tasks of similar scope as assigned.
