Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record for some sites.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Customer service background preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred (provided).
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Great attention to detail and ability to remain alert during shift.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgement and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, in various weather and terrains.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team environment to ensure site goals are met daily.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature for assigned site.
