Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record for some sites.
• High School Diploma or GED or ability to complete within 6 months.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm, professional manner.
• Must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate when needed.
• Perform access control at security entrances/exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside client premises in various conditions.
• Interact with client employees and guests regularly.
• Identify and report safety issues and hazards.
• Provide detailed written reports on site.
• Work as a team to meet site goals.
• Carry out tasks similar to those on the assigned site.
