Job summary

RTX is seeking a security professional to oversee the security program in a production environment at the Tucson facility. The role includes managing hardware movement from a security standpoint and ensuring compliance with ICD 705, NISPOM, and DoD directives.

You will develop security plans, deliver training, conduct inspections, and participate in government audits. Onsite work in Tucson with active DoD clearance required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in security.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with NISPOM, DoD 5205.07, and ICD 705.
• U.S. citizenship with active security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the security program in a production environment.
• Manage the hardware movement process from a security perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ICDs, DoD 5205.07, NISPOM, and related guidance.
• Develop, update, and administer security plans including SOPs and CONOPs.
• Creating and delivering security education, training, and awareness programs.
• Conduct internal self-inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in government compliance inspections and follow-up actions.
• This role will require you to be onsite in our Tucson facility.
• Overseeing physical security and construction requirements for SAPFs and SCIFs in alignment with ICD 705.
