Job summary

RTX seeks a Senior Manager, Security to oversee and lead critical security programs, ensuring policy compliance across facilities and personnel. You will coordinate with government agencies, investigate violations, and mentor security staff in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires DoD TS/SCI clearance, extensive experience with NISPOM, and leadership capabilities to drive security initiatives in a large defense organization. On-site in El Segundo, CA with RTX benefits.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years, or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience with NISPOM and other government security policies and procedures.
• Experience interacting with DCSA or other Cognizant Security Agency personnel.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive results in a security program.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Business acumen and ability to collaborate across organizational levels.
• Completion of DCSA CDSE course: FSO Program Management For Possessing Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead multiple critical security programs to ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with government agencies to obtain authorizations and deviations as needed.
• Investigate security violations and prepare corrective reports.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to security personnel.
