Job summary

RTX is seeking a security professional to ensure compliance with ICDs, DoD manuals, NISPOM and related guidance at multiple sites. You will develop security plans, SOPs, OPSEC concepts, and conduct training programs to foster a culture of security awareness.

Role requires experience with NISPOM, DoD 5205.07, ICD 705, and strong proficiency with MS Office. U.S. citizenship and final TS/SCI clearance are necessary for day-one start. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience or advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD 705.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ICDs, DoD manuals, NISPOM and security guidance.
• Develop, update, and administer security plans and SOPs.
• Create, deliver, and maintain security training and awareness programs.
• Conduct internal self-inspections and support peer reviews.
• Participate in government inspections and address findings.
• Manage personnel security processing, visitor control, investigations and Top Secret accountability.
• Oversee SCIF/SAPF security and related documentation.
• Coordinate pre-construction and accreditation packages and TEMPEST docs.
• Travel up to 10% domestically for security operations and inspections.
