Sunstates Security is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Security Account Manager in Mansfield, TX. This position offers a pay rate between $22.00 and $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site, including operations, customer service, personnel management, and security & safety in accordance with Sunstates objectives.
• Perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPM).
• Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, acting quickly and efficiently according to directives.

Requirements

• Must have open availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a technology customer service role.
• 1–2 years of experience with Access Control Systems.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, and/or military is preferred.
• Exceptional report‑writing skills.
• Experience effectively leading and providing guard services and assets.
• Ensure effective use of resources (manpower, hardware, and software), metrics, and communication to senior managers.
• Reliable transportation.
