Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or account-management experience in security or related field.
• Experience managing client relationships and contractual obligations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with scheduling and billing platforms (WinTeam or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned security contract, including scheduling, payroll accuracy, and contract compliance reporting.
• Serve as the primary client contact; maintain regular communication and address concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle escalated security incidents per post orders and policy; coordinate with HR as needed.
• Communicate staffing needs to recruiters and Regional Director of Operations in a timely manner.
• Develop staff through coaching, evaluations, recognition, and disciplinary actions as needed.
