Global Power Components seeks an experienced Security Supervisor to lead site security operations at an assigned Milwaukee facility. This hands-on role supervises security staff, coordinates incident response, and drives ongoing security improvements across operations, HR, safety, and facilities.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in corporate or industrial security, with demonstrated leadership, investigations, and risk mitigation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in corporate security or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or equivalent leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage incidents, conduct investigations, and hold employees accountable.
• Strong communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations for an assigned facility and supervise security personnel.
• Conduct site security assessments and identify opportunities to strengthen physical security and reduce risk.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Safety, Facilities, and Maintenance on security-related matters; manage post orders and security documentation.
