Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Manager - Security & Safety to lead enterprise physical security strategy, risk assessments, and workplace violence prevention across U.S. locations. You will partner with EHSS, Legal, Talent and Operations to protect employees, visitors, and facilities.

You will develop and manage the Security Management System, drive continuous improvement, deliver training, and coordinate emergency drills and incident response.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in security, emergency preparedness, risk management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in security/EM or related field.
• Experience implementing enterprise physical security programs and systems.
• Experience communicating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel periodically within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain physical security strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead the Security Management System, standards, governance, metrics.
• Perform security risk assessments and prioritize recommendations.
• Lead workplace violence prevention, threat assessment, and emergency response.
• Develop training programs on security awareness and preparedness.
• Coordinate drills and continuous improvement across locations.
