Job summary

Assured Information Security (AIS) is seeking an Onsite Deployment Engineer to join our SecureView team at Lackland Air Force Base. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and will serve as the on-site SecureView SME, handling installation, administration, training, and issue resolution for a government customer.

The candidate will work with Windows and Linux systems, networking devices and perform root-cause analysis, testing and documentation. Willingness to travel 10%–25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Computer Engineering or related field with 5 years of IT deployment/service delivery exp OR equivalent combo.
• Must possess a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Ability to travel 10%–25% as required.
• 2 years' end-user support experience in an IC environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SecureView SME on-site with a government customer.
• Administer SecureView at customer site and train users and admins.
• Perform root cause analysis, testing and validation of issues.
• Develop and execute test plans for hardware/software validation.
• Provide user familiarization training and documentation.
• Maintain infrastructure for SecureView implementation.
• Support customer calls and issue resolution.
