Job summary

R&R Solutions in Gravette, AR is seeking a Project Coordinator to plan, oversee, and document all aspects of assigned projects. You will work with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to keep scope, direction, and timelines on schedule.

Responsibilities include tracking progress, coordinating site deployments, pre-installation calls, resource management, and serving as the communication hub with vendors and the PMO. Must pass pre-employment screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets and Live Docs.
• Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Track project progress by developing and maintaining performance databases.
• Route site deployments and update live site logs with field data.
• Coordinate pre-installation calls and manage low-voltage permitting with General Contractors.
• Assign resources and monitor technician time on-site, escalating obstacles to the Field Support Supervisor.
• Serve as the central communication point between teams and external vendors, reporting risks to PMO.
