Responsibilities

• Open mail and extract paper invoices/checks
• Properly sort non-payment documents for processing
• Accurately batch work and communicate issues to the Workflow Coordinator or Supervisor
• Administer defined procedures for filing, recording, and processing documentation
• Perform basic routine tasks as assigned by the manager
• Cross-train in other functional areas such as mail sort, keying, reassociation, and data entry
