Target in Brooklyn Park, MN is hiring a Seasonal Specialist in Financial Products Operations. You will provide back-office support by researching and processing written requests related to account maintenance, collections, and payment inquiries.

The role requires at least 1+ year of guest experience or customer service, strong PC/Microsoft skills, and adherence to data security standards. On-site hours Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm CST.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of guest experience or customer service experience.
• Ability to interact with guests, team members and internal partners professionally.
• Proficiency with PC/Microsoft applications; knowledge of Fiserv preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, review and process written requests related to Financial Products account maintenance, collections and payment inquiries.
• Maintain data security guidelines and comply with applicable regulations.
• Work on-site in Brooklyn Park, MN and support TES service centers and business partners.
