ALO in Edina, Minnesota is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life. You will demonstrate product knowledge, engage authentically with guests, and help drive store performance alongside a high-performing team.

The role requires 1+ years in client-centric sales/ops, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and constant movement around the store.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Constant movement in and around store areas; ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment and floor set updates.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and facilities to optimize operations.
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assist guests and fulfill business needs.
• Assist in executing company-level operations directives with the Operations & Visual Management teams.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow, including merchandising and replenishment.
• Leverage metrics to inform business-driving strategies and improve performance.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
