Job summary

Soliant Health in Delaware is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a contract role in a school setting, splitting time between an elementary school and an Early Learning Center to cover maternity leave.

Qualifications

• Active OT license required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Ability to conduct evaluations and deliver therapy.
• Commitment to onsite services (no remote work).
• COTAs not considered for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Track progress with detailed documentation and regular assessments.
• Support educational staff by integrating therapy strategies into classroom routines.
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines related to special education services.
