Job summary

Soliant is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to work with K-12 students in a contract role. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized therapy plans, and deliver services onsite or via telehealth to support student goals.

The position runs for the 2026-2027 school year with a full-time schedule. Collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams is essential to maximize student achievement, while maintaining accurate records and participating in IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Active or pending Arizona OT license with IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience in school settings with IEPs, assessments, and direct therapy.
• Ability to provide onsite or teletherapy services.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff and families.
• Commitment to full-time schedule for the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans per IEP guidelines.
• Deliver therapy onsite and via telehealth to meet students’ goals.
• Maintain detailed records of assessments, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with educators, administrative staff, and families to maximize student achievement and participation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute input for goal development and progress monitoring.
