Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to cover a temporary FMLA leave in Odessa, Delaware, from November 16, 2026 to February 26, 2027. This on-site role serves a high school and transition program with a ~35-student caseload.

You’ll provide direct OT services, collaborate with teachers and other clinicians, and support students with Autism and intellectual disabilities, using AAC strategies and sensory-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current Delaware Occupational Therapist license or eligibility is required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Experience supporting students with Autism and intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Comfortable implementing AAC strategies and sensory-based interventions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
