The role emphasizes AAC and sensory-based interventions, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current or eligible Delaware Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Experience supporting students with Autism and intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Comfortable implementing AAC strategies and sensory-based interventions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services in a school setting.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers.
• Support students with functional and sensory needs.
• Manage documentation and progress for a ~35-student caseload.
