Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full‑time Occupational Therapist to cover an FMLA leave in Odessa, Delaware, for a high school and transition program. The role is on‑site, 35 hours per week, with a ~35‑student caseload and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

You’ll provide direct therapy, implement AAC strategies, support sensory needs, and work with educators to help students with Autism and intellectual disabilities achieve functional goals.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing AAC strategies.
• Addressing sensory regulation and proprioceptive needs.
• Supporting positive behaviors as part of student support.
• Collaborating within multidisciplinary school teams.
